The Claremont Farmer’s Market A Beautiful Place To Be!
By Tisza Major-Posner | May 7, 2007
Hi All,
Yesterday morning I got up early and headed to the Claremont Village for the Farmer’s Market. This is held every Sunday, rain or shine on Second Street off Between Indian Hill and Yale. It is a wonderful way to spend a morning.
If the sight of all the beautiful, ultra fresh and perfectly ripened produce doesn’t entice you, the fragrance of the fresh picked strawberries, garden fresh flowers and savory baked goods surely will. Almost every vendor offers free samples and the prices can’t be beat!
I bought two georgous bouquets of fresh flowers, like the ones you finds as a “grower’s bunch” at CostCo for $14.99/ea. for $12.00 total! Imagine, six bucks a bouquet! And the strawberries, buttery smooth avocados and fresh citrus are the absolute essence of Claremont’s history.
To experience the Claremont Farmer’s Market please take my tour!
Take care, help lots of people and have a wonderful day!

Hi All,
Kelly, thank you for the kudos (boy, I never used that word before blogging and now it seems to be one of my favorites)! The Visual Tour program that I use is great fun and I am looking forward to providing many more tours of my community and of my travels in and around it. You might consider doing the same thing for RSM.
Michelle - I so agree, what could be better than wonderful things to eat, see, smell and buy? I love community events. Fortunately, Claremont is a very active community and there is nary a week where there is not something wonderful to do here!
Take care all, have a wonderful day and help lots of people!
