Hi All,
Welcome to my very first posting on my very first very personally owned Real Estate Blog. I am very excited to have you here.
I am Tisza Major-Posner your Real Estate Professional. I am proud to be a Realtor® with the Keller Williams® Professional Group in Claremont/La Verne.
I specialize in servicing real estate buyers and sellers in the Inland Empire including Alta Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Dimas, and especially Claremont, La Verne, Montclair and Upland.
With a network of hardworking, talented and qualified Realtors® at my disposal, I can assist you with your real estate needs anywhere in the State of California, or anywhere in the country by referral.

I became a Realtor® because I believe in the American Dream of home ownership. Anyone can help you buy a home. My goal is to help my clients own a home.
I chose a career at Keller Williams because this was a company that I could believe in.

I am part of a talented and seasoned team of professionals. By working with me you don’t get just one agent, you get an entire office working as a team, with years of experience, know-how and integrity backing up every transaction and when you become part of that team we will all work together to ensure that our team wins!
I am tech savvy. I understand the way today’s consumer does business and how to use cutting edge technology for my client’s benefit.
I am constantly learning. Real Estate is a living thing, constantly growing and changing. By taking advantage of every educational opportunity available to me I am able to offer the latest and most up-to-date information to my clients.
If I don’t know, I find out. Its not first answer, but the right answer that matters. I do my level best to ensure that when I answer a question, any question, the information is as accurate as it can be. That means if I don’t know, I find out. There is no shame in not knowing only in not asking.
I am a problem solver. When challenges arise I don’t get bogged down, I get busy!
I utilize all of the features and benefits of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Matrix to their fullest. I can narrow down your home search efficiently and effectively ensuring that you see more of the homes that fit your needs and desires in much less time.
I listen to you. Your wants become my needs. What you say matters to me. If it is important enough for you to tell me, it is doubly important for me to really listen and not just to “hear” it.
I am fun to be with. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, working with me makes it enjoyable.
I like what I do and it shows. I am the official Keller Williams Party Poodle!

Hello Tisza,
Them was good words. You have wonderful standards for yourself and your work, the dedication shows. Would you consider adding a few tips to your site for “fledglings”? I’m fairly new to Real Estate yet, like you I have high standards. Therefore I desire to have awesome skills before offering more than I can back up. Any ideas about how to train into Real Estate yet offer clients the wisdom of a Veteran Real Estate Professional? Thanks
